Our sessions are designed for both men and women, at all levels of fitness and age. Each session is specially tailored to give sufficient personal attention, to help you learn and grow.
To begin you will need to organise a booking. Your first session is an introduction to Classical Pilates. It ia a small group session. Please see session details below.

Online HomeWorkout Sessions
The Online HomeWorkout's are for you to be able to Workout in the comfort of your own home. You have the option to use the equipment that you have available. Such as hand weights, balls, circles, bands, barre, chair, reformer etc..
Session Times:
Monday: 12:00 - 1:00pm
Tuesday: 4.30 - 5.30pm
Thursday: 4.30 - 5.30pm
To Bring:
Exercise mat, hand towel, water bottle, and any equipment that you have available. Wear comfortable clothing.
Bookings are essential.
Studio Sessions
The Studio Sessions are Small Groups and Privates. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs, using equipment such as mat, reformer, tower, Cadillac, chair, barrels etc. This session is a 55 minute session with maximum 4 people to one trainer. These sessions are catered for all fitness levels.
