Our sessions are designed for both men and women, at all levels of fitness and age. Each session is specially tailored to give sufficient personal attention, to help you learn and grow.
To begin you will need to organise a booking. Your first session is an introduction to Classical Pilates. It ia a small group session. Please see session details below.

Large Group Sessions
The large group session is a workout on an exercise mat with the addition of the tower, springs and assesories. There is max 7 in a group and one trainer.

Small Group Sessions
The small group session is a workout that may include equipment such as mat, reformer, tower, cadilac, Mve chair, barrel etc. This session is a half hour private i.e. One person and one trainer, or a 55 minute session with 2-3 people and one trainer. These are catered for all fitness levels.
